Nicola is a Network and Business Growth Mentor, who believes in genuine connections and helping others grow. Known for her warm, friendly approach, people often say chatting with her feels like speaking with an old friend from the first conversation.
She built a thriving Avon business, helping hundreds of representatives and leaders start and grow their business, earning multiple awards, including recognition as the 7th top leader in the UK for team growth and winning VIP holidays. From being in debt to paying off her mortgage and reaching major financial milestones. Despite being diagnosed with epilepsy, she continued to succeed, winning another VIP holiday for her Avon achievements.
By 2023, she needed to realign her career not just for herself, and her family, but her mindset too, and become an Independent Travel Agent alongside the caravan business. Using her strong network, she had people ready to book from her knowing her caring nature and dedication! She then won a Tenacity Award in 2024 for her resilience, eagerness to learn, and ability to juggle family and business while inspiring others.
During her toughest career challenge, she realised her biggest mistake not having different supportive business connections! So in September 2024, Nicola become a Network and Business Growth Mentor. She host events where small business owners can connect, learn, and grow in a fun, friendly space that encourages genuine, meaningful relationships. Nicola also has a Networking and Growth Hub which she gives support with herself and other experts as she didn't want anyone else making the mistake she did!

2025 has been a year from hell for me, I won’t bore you with all the details but it included my husband being in hospital for 5 months and facing the prospect of being a widow for the 2nd time at just 55.
Thankfully that didn’t happen and the future now looks bright, it did mean though, that although I’m one of Nicola Waring’s hub members, I haven’t always been able to be as active as I wanted. However her membership and all the hub members have been like a lovely comfort blanket, wrapping me in support, warming my heart and keeping me cosy through the tough times.
